Rinnai Demand Duo water heater for a commercial 6 family building that was having trouble with running out of hot water.  Replaced two 100 Gal 80,000 BTU Heaters with a 120 Gallon 199,000 BTU Hybrid Heater.  More first hour hot water, recovery, and 96% efficient. Also more than double the warranty of a standard commercial warranty.  All in half the footprint.
